The stay was quite enjoyable, the

accommodations were comfortable and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We appreciated the attentiveness of Paul during check-in and the cleanliness of our room. However, we did encounter a slight issue with the air conditioning not functioning optimally.

the location of best western is excellent, with various restaurants nearby. the staff was super friendly, making our stay enjoyable. we loved the hot breakfast, especially the awesome waffle toppings. guests can also burn some calories in the fitness center.

My stay was fantastic—the jacuzzi tub was a real treat after a long day, and the breakfast choices were delightful! I did notice the pool was out of service, which was a bummer. Would definitely stay again!

I was so impressed with how spotless my King Suite was, and the in-room jacuzzi made it a pure bliss for relaxation! The hot breakfast was a game changer, with mouth-watering toppings for waffles that I couldn’t resist. Plus, the indoor pool was warm and inviting, perfect for some family fun after a long day!

It was just a fine choice for a short stint in Mansfield with very good value for money. The staff was friendly and helped me find a great hiking spot. Try to check in early to get the best room available.

I had a great time staying at this Best Western. The room exceeded my expectations in cleanliness. The jacuzzi tub provided a perfect way to unwind after a long day, and the hot breakfast included everything I could want—fresh waffles, eggs, and even sausage gravy. The staff were genuinely welcoming, especially Paul, who made sure I knew all the room features during check-in. I did notice the pool was out of service during my visit, which was a letdown, but they called to inform me beforehand, showing they cared. The bed could have been more comfortable. it felt a bit worn, and the pillows weren’t to my liking. However, the location is super convenient, with numerous restaurants just a short drive away. I'm planning to return next time I’m in the area.
